Here is your last look into Zitak, I took this picture today as the owners were removing everything.
Very sad….
So now both the Shop and Zitak are GONE
I spoke with both Jadran (shop) and Zitak owners, and there are no plans to re-open either……

Was looking up sea sponges and came upon zitak and then your website – Also was looking up Croatia to see if it would be a nice vacation place – I live in Texas, U.S. and summers are too hot here!
I came upon your announcement of the closing of Zitak, which I presume is the store that sells sea sponges among other things. I notice on their English translation website a commentary on the founder Ivan-Roko Juric who seems to have passed away in 2002. He was quite young – If it is not impolite to ask – What did he die from – He certainly looks healthy in the picture!
