well, peter, thanks for kind words, but, what i said, it is all true.We all like to complain about all what we don`t like to do ,or to obey the rule[s].So, who do you think it`s[BIG CITY FOLKS,,,SIBENIK´, ZAGREB, who are big City Folks´´I would really like to know[reason ,,,, I like to come back to my ISLAND , that I really love, to see all the beauty it offers, so,,, to ALL THE PEOPLE ,THAT DO NOT LIKE THE SYSTEM IN CROATIA , L E A V E .And ,Peter, nothing aagainst you, I think you are victim there[în Croatia...Krapanj,,, ¸]Just as I am ,,, no matter where I am,,, Regards, as I will talk to you , when I come back to Krapanj,, you don`’t know me, but I think we have lot`s in common,regards.And , enjoy the rest of the hot ssummer that Krapanj offers!!!!!!

Imagine, coming to a new country, not knowing language, do everythig by yourself,,,… Welcome to reallity, my friend, We all have to learn what and how TO DO IT,, .Nothing new, ,,, we all have to learn to live and obey the rules IN THE COUNTRY WE COME TO!!!!!!!That, my friend is fact of life,.If you don`t like it,,, leave!!^[Imagine how we feel when we come to ,, let say,,, U.S.Britain, Canada, Australia, We have to do it ALL AGAIN''''ALL!!!!!!So, stop complainig, and be a GOOD CITIZEN OF KRAPANJ!!!!!!!!!!And ^[ if you have to,] you must obey the rules, .That, my friend is the way it is.

The Kafkaesque bureaucracy does not surprise me at all. I do hope you will find a legal way to fight this absurdity. What are you allowed to build in the front as an awning?

A cousin of ours through his father whom had entitled himself to property that was not his by lets say some very devious dealing with the courts and this cousin somehow managed to build a wall between the two properties.

The legality of this wall is questionable. To make matters worst, there was no water drainage hole created so that the last thunderstorm “our” house was completely flooded. When I called this cousin in the U.S. to tell him of the incident…he’s reply was “it’s not my problem” “you guys build drainage” “sue me if you don’t like it”.

Somehow building a wall on disputed property is legal? Peter, I would love to know whom the Boko’s called because I could use the same contractor and police to come and have a look at this wall since they are so diligent.

It is quite frightening to be confronted by burley police, building contractors and officials from Sibenik – who start pulling your house apart, and making threats.

I am now left with water pouring into my house through the entrance every time it rains.
Both the Mayor of Krapanj and Sibenik assured me that the permission document I have was of value, but the officials and police were not interested.
I was told, that if I complained too much, they would remove my roof !!!
and that I was lucky as they could do whatever they like….

Well done Croatia.
How about Frane and Bokas illegal roof made by Mr Pope (citaj tele), oooooo yes how about Mr Pope`s act by taking pablicly made road for more then 500 years and build his own private facility on it???????
How about taking that down???
Town of Sibenik made me sick one more time

Only option Krapanj-Brodarica County and then we will decide for our self who is going to build something before is build.
